Book Online - Terms and Conditions

HDFC Bank and Hyundai Santro Cashback Program (Valid from 10th Oct - 31st Dec 2018)

  1. Customer who book the Hyundai Santro Car online by log-in to HMIL’s Website https://bookonline.hyundai.co.in and make payment using any of HDFC Bank’s Credit Card/Debit Card and avail Car loan from HDFC Bank, will get cash back of Rs.1,000/- from HDFC Bank (“Offer”).
  2. The online Booking of Santro car by making payment of Rs.11,100/- using HDFC Bank Debit or credit cards, needs to be done on or before 31st December 2018
  3. Cash Back of Rs. 1000/- will be payable by HDFC Bank, subject to both the following conditions are met:
    • Booking amount payment of Rs. 11,100/- is made using HDFC Bank Debit / Credit Card
    • Auto Loan is also availed from HDFC Bank
  4. Auto Loan mentioned above can be of any Loan amount / tenure / Rate of Interest.
  5. The disbursement of the auto loan is done on or before 28th February 2019.
  6. Bookings made directly with HMIL dealers or for corporate, commercial purposes etc. are not eligible for the Offer.
  7. Cancellation of booking and also fail to take Auto Loan for the Car will disqualify the Customer to be eligible for the Offer.
  8. HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the Car offered by Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL). Any dispute or claim regarding the Car must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with HMIL Dealer directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.
  9. HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any Car availed by the Card Holder/s. under the said Offer.
  10. HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the Car.
  11. This Offer is made available to the Customer/s selected at the discretion of HDFC Bank and HDFC Bank is fully responsible and liable for execution of the Offer. HMIL is only the promotion partner and has no responsibility in execution of the Offer.
  12. The offer cannot be combined with any other offer of HMIL/HDFC Bank
  13. If promo code is mentioned as part of the communication (please refer Offer details tab), then customer has to use the code to avail the offer; in case the code is not used Cash Back cannot be credited back to customer at a later date.
  14. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  15. HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
  16. This offer is valid for Indian residents and citizens only.
  17. Delinquent and over-limit HDFC Bank Credit Card members will not qualify for this promotion.
  18. HDFC Bank Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
  19. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by HDFC Bank to conduct further, similar or other offers.
  20. Offer valid only on Retail Credit Cards. Offer not valid on Corporate, Commercial Credit cards. Delinquent cardholders will be disqualified from the said promotion.
  21. This offer is non-encashable, not extendable and non-negotiable.
  22. If a card member has more than 1 (one) HDFC Bank Credit/Debit Card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said offer.
  23. In case, the card member holds more than 1(one) Credit/Debit Card with HDFC Bank; the card member would need to call up the Customer Call Centre and confirm which card(s) the said offer may be availed for.
  24. The above offer is by way of a special offer for select HDFC Bank Credit/Debit Cardholders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.
  25. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
  26. Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 60 days from offer fulfillment date. Post such date; the HDFC Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholder.
  27. Any TAT committed with respect to posting of Reward Points/ CashBack for a promotional campaign is only indicative & may vary from the actual date of posting; the HDFC Bank shall not be liable for any such delay. However, the HDFC Bank shall review the customer’s query & if eligible, shall ensure fulfillment is completed at the earliest.
  28. In case of delay in posting or non-posting of Reward Points/ CashBack if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the HDFC Bank; the HDFC Bank shall review the same & have the Reward points/ CashBack posted if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C.
