American Express® Terms and Conditions

  • This offer is open to all American Express Cardmembers whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember ("Cardmember") for the purpose of this Offer means a person holding a Card issued by American Express® Banking Corp in India.
  • This offer is valid on corporate cards issued by American Express® Banking Corp in India.
  • The offer in this program will be fulfilled at the merchant’s end only.
  • This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
  • American Express is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regard to the same.
  • American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under this offer. American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Cardmember agreement with the Card issuer.
  • To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express Card. No cash alternative is available.
  • American Express charges a Conversion Fee for a charge in a currency other than Indian Rupee
  • Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Delhi only.

Hyundai Motor India Limited -Terms and Conditions

  • Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) shall extend discount of Rs.25,000/- to American Express Cardmembers (hereinafter termed as ‘Offer’) who book any variant of HMIL models Elantra and/or Tucson (hereinafter termed as ‘Cars’) in HMIL Website https://bookonline.hyundai.co.in (Website) and take delivery of Cars through any of HMIL Authorised Dealers between 12th February 2019 and 31st March 2019 (hereinafter termed as ‘Term’).
  • This offer is valid from 12th Feburary’2019 till 31st March’ 2019 (both days included).
  • This offer is only applicable on Elantra and Tucson (All Variants).
  • This offer is applicable on supplementary cards.
  • To avail this offer, Cardmembers must pay the Booking amount of Rs.25,000/- while booking the car through the Website. Discount of Rs.25,000/- will be adjusted in full & final invoice.
  • There are no blackout dates.
  • To be eligible for the offer, the Cardmember’s Name on the Card should be the same as on the invoice of the Car. However, in case of Husband or Wife and name of the proprietorship firms are allowed. (Relatives/Friends/any other relationship will not be eligible). Cardmember is required to produce original Card at the time of delivery.
  • In case of card being in the name of Husband and invoice in the name of wife or vice versa a marriage certificate needs to be submitted as the relationship proof. If Card being in the name of individual and invoice being in name of Proprietorship firm, a proof entity of Proprietorship firm has to be submitted.
  • This Offer is applicable only for Cars invoiced by HMIL Dealer and purchased by Cardmembers on or before 31st March 2019.
  • This offer is in addition to any other Benefits/schemes announced by HMIL to the Customers during the Term.
  • No surcharge is applicable on the Booking amount and however, any payment made through Card over and above the Booking amount at HMIL Dealership POS would be subject to applicable surcharge.
  • There may be certain waiting period associated with some colour/variants which would be informed to customer through respective dealership. Booking the car in no way guarantees supply within the offer period. HMIL would make its best possible efforts to supply Customer the choice of Variant/Colour. However, in case of non-availability of Variant/colour booked, Customer may opt for available Variant/Colour to be eligible for the offer.
  • The Car is covered under the normal terms & conditions detailed in the owner’s Manual provided with the car.
  • The Offer is subject to force majeure conditions and HMIL shall bear no responsibility for cancellation or postponement of the Offer.
  • Income Tax, Tax Deduction at Source or any other statutory levies as may be applicable from time to time, arising out of the Offer, shall be borne by the Cardmember.
  • In the event of any conflict or variation between the Offer Terms & Conditions and the terms and conditions for online booking specified in the website of Hyundai, the Offer Terms & Conditions shall prevail over the website terms & conditions of Hyundai only to the extent of any such variation.
  • HMIL reserves the right to withdraw/terminate/discontinue the Offer at any given point of time without any prior notice/ information and alter / change the Terms and Conditions of the Offer, process without any prior notice/information.
  • If Cardmember cancels the Booking of Car after paying the booking amount, the amount will be refunded to the Card used by the Cardmember, after deducting Rs.3,000/- as a cancellation fee by HMIL. In case of HMIL/its Dealer is not being able to provide Customer’s choice of Variant/Colour, the full booking amount of INR 25000 will be refunded to the cardmember without any deduction by HMIL/its Dealer.
  • To cancel the Booking, Cardmember has to give written communication to Dealer or send Email at crm@hmil.net or call at 1800114645. The refund will be credited to the American Express Card used by the Cardmember within 14 working days from the date of receipt of booking cancellation request from Cardmember. In case of any query / if refund amount is not credited to the Card account, Cardmember shall contact HMIL at crm@hmil.net or 1800114645. If cancellation happens after 31st March 2019, the refund policy as per the Order booking form will be applicable.
  • Any disputes would be subject to courts in Delhi Jurisdiction only.
